Catapult Vector now supports breaking up the data shown in the table during a Live activity in multiple ways to suit different situations. You can do so through Data Views or Filters.
What are Data Views
Data views allow you to break up the data shown in the table during a live activity into different ways. In Catapult Vector you can break the data up in the following ways:
- Athletes - this will be a list of all athletes in any period during that live activity (live period or not)
- Periods - this will show each period created with all athletes associated to it
- Positions - this will show each position an athlete is assigned to in OpenField Web
To do this follow these steps:
- On an iPad go to the Reporting screen and click on any of the three buttons at the top that say Athletes, Periods, or Positions.
2. On an iPhone, go to the Reporting table and click on the ... menu and choose Data Views from the drop down. From there select with view you would like from the sheet options.
For each breakdown, the top bar represents the average of the data within that section. For example, in the image below, the Positions data view displays athletes assigned to different positions - Forward, Full Back, Goalkeeper, and Wide Midfielder - with the average values shown in the top, darker grey bar.
How to use the Filters panel
The Filters panel allows you to narrow down the data you are focusing on during a live activity. You can access this by clicking on All Filters on an iPad, or the Filters icon on an iPhone.
Example: If Warm up is clicked in the image below and only athletes WJ and JH are in that period then all other athletes will be disabled.
