What is a CTR Report?

A CTR (Configurable Team Report) is a spreadsheet file that is readable by Excel and can be loaded into other programs.

How to Generate a CTR

1. Navigate to the Reporting page on the Cloud, and open up the desired activity from the left-hand Activities menu by clicking on the name of the activity.
   Note: This will bring up the Activity Report for that activity.
2. Navigate to the Export button on the right-hand side of the screen and click it.
3. Select CSV.
   Note: The CTR will automatically be downloaded onto your PC.
