Before you are able to upload an activity from the Athlete App, you will need to assign your device to yourself. The device will already have been mapped to you from your coach, however the final step is confirming you have the right device from within the app.
How to assign a device in the app after a device swap
- Navigate to the Settings page at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the device you are trying to map is turned on and select the Remap button on the right side of the screen.
- Follow instruction found on the screen and select the device ID that matches what's shown on the back of yours.
- Wait until your device turns on and back off (you will feel it vibrate), and then confirm the new device is showing in Settings under Serial No.
- If you have any issues remapping, please contact your coach to confirm they have already mapped a device to you.
