How to Check Device Battery Status

To check the battery status or percentage of your Vector Core devices, follow the steps below:

If the Devices are in the Dock

1. Plug the devices in and turn on the dock.
2. In the Catapult Vector App select the Device page in the bottom right corner.
   
3. From here you will be able to see the battery status of all devices plugged into the dock.
4. To check the battery status of a specific device, find the device using the device ID (found on the back of your Vector device) in the Device column.
5. Select the device and you will be taken to the Device Detail page.
6. The battery status will appear in the 3rd row.

If the Devices are On

1. Connect to your devices using your mobile device and the Catapult Vector App.
2. In the Catapult Vector App select the Device page in the bottom right corner. 
   
3. From here you will be able to see the battery percentage of all devices connected via Bluetooth to your mobile device.
4. To check the battery status of a specific device, find the device using the device ID (found on the back of your Vector device) in the Device column.
5. Select the device and you will be taken to the Device Detail page.
6. The battery percentage will appear in the 3rd row.
