Device Configuration & Mapping
In order for any athlete to upload an activity using Athlete, their X7 device must be configured correctly. Please see below for more details on device configuration:
- Device Settings
- Bluetooth ENABLED
- GPS ENABLED

Important: It is crucial that the device assigned to the athlete for remote uploads is correctly mapped to the same athlete in the administrator's OpenField account. If the mapping does not match the athlete's device in the Catapult Athlete app, the uploads will not be sent to the correct athlete in the cloud.
