Adding and Removing Athletes to and from Periods

How to add Athletes to periods

1. In the OpenField Cloud, load the desired activity in the Editor page.
2. Select desired periods to add Athletes to from the Periods table.
   
   
   
   
3. Next, select desired Athletes to add to periods from the Athletes in Activity section of the Athlete panel.
   
   
   
   
4. Athletes can be added to selected periods by clicking the Add athlete(s) to period(s) button at the top of the Athlete panel.
   
   
   
   
5. Alternatively, Athletes can be added to selected periods by clicking and dragging Athlete cards from the Athletes in Activity section into the Athletes in Period section.
   
   
   
   
6. Your changes will be automatically saved in the background.
   status will display in the top right hand corner of the screen.

How to remove Athletes from periods

1. Select desired periods in the Periods table that you wish to remove Athletes from.
   
   
   
   
2. Next, select desired Athletes to remove from periods from the Athletes in Period section of the Athlete panel.
   
   
   
   
3. Remove Athletes by selecting the Remove athlete(s) from period(s) button.
   
   
   
   
4. Your changes will be automatically saved in the background.
