Here is a summary of the main features to help you make the most out of your Help Centre experience.
Searches
- Main search bar: always present irrespective of whether you are on the home page, in a section or browsing an article
- Search results: scroll through all listed results or narrow them down by category
- "Help" widget: an alternative way of searching, useful if you wish to pinpoint only the top articles matching your search
Article Section
- "In This Article" sidebar: use for navigation to quickly jump to a specific heading within an article
- "Articles In This Section" sidebar: use as a navigation bar to browse other sections or quickly go to another article
- Breadcrumbs: use to go back a level or quickly navigate to the home page
- Videos: all narrated videos are supported with subtitles in multiple languages
- Detailed article feedback: an option present at the end of every article - allows you to let us know how we can improve your guides

"Submit a Request" option : also included at the end of every article - just in case you need to reach out to our Support Team
Follow Updates
- "Follow" option: we frequently update guides and add new ones - use this option for any section or article that you wish to follow. You will be required to sign up to the updates - it's easy, just hit the "Follow" button and then go to "Sign up" to create your login. Any future updates will be notified via email.
