Issue
In the event your mobile device fails to connect to the Vector Dock via Bluetooth you will see "Unable to connect to Dock" error message:
Resolution
This can occur in environments with a lot of Bluetooth interference. In the event this does occur:
- Press the WiFi option to retry.
- Remove sources of Bluetooth interference.
- If the issue persists, please restart your Vector Dock and attempt connection again.
Note: Dock firmware 7.5.1 is required to use the WiFi management feature. This error message will also be observed if your Dock’s firmware version is lower than 7.5.1.
