Issue
In the event your Vector Dock fails to connect to OpenField you will see "Connection failed" error message.
Resolution
While an unlikely occurrence if the WiFi and Internet connections have succeeded, in the event this does occur:
- Ensure your Dock is not registered to another account.
- Ensure Bluetooth remains enabled on your Bluetooth device.
- Ensure your mobile device is within Bluetooth range of your Dock.
- Ensure your Dock has not powered down during the connection process.
