You can request assistance from the Support Team via the OpenField Cloud or from the Help Centre.
How to Contact Support via the OpenField Cloud
- Log in to the OpenField Cloud and select the Help button at the top right.
- Select Support from the Help menu.
- In the chat window select Troubleshoot an Issue, then describe your query to try and troubleshoot it first.
- If you still need assistance from our Support team just type 'talk to support' in the chat.
- Once you submit your request, one of our Support Agents will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
