Issue
If you are seeing "Invalid username or password" error message, similar to the one below, it is indicative of either the Username or the Password being incorrect or you are attempting to log in to the wrong region.
Resolution
- If you are unsure of your Password, use the 'Forgot password?' link to reset your password.
- You will be prompted to enter the Username of the account and the email associated with the user. Please note that the email link can only be sent to the email associated with the user account. If you think that your email is not associated with the account, contact Support with this query.
- Once this is filled in a password reset email will be sent to the email address you entered above. Follow the link to set a new password.
- If you have reset your password, but still cannot log in, check that you are using the correct OpenField URL for your region:
- APAC (Australia Pacific and Asia): https://au.openfield.catapultsports.com/login
- EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa): https://eu.openfield.catapultsports.com/login
- US (North and South America): https://us.openfield.catapultsports.com/login
- If you are still unable to log in to your OpenField Cloud account, please contact Support.
