Unable to Export Reports as CSV Files in Safari Browser

Issue

When using Safari browser and exporting a report to CSV, the browser presents details in a raw data format instead of downloading to a CSV file.

Resolution

The issue is exclusive to Safari web browser on Mac computers as Safari is designed to handle raw data directly inside the browser. The workaround is to manually save the file from the browser. 

To save the report to a CSV file:

1. In the OpenField Cloud, generate your report, hit the Export button and select CSV.
2. When presented with the raw data in the web browser, right-click on the page and select Save As...
   
   
3. Enter the file name and select where you wish to save it.
4. Change Format to Page Source. This will change the file extension in the file name field to .csv
   
5. Click Save when done.
